Suitcase Backpacks

What is the deal with these suitcase backpacks I see all of the women on campus pulling around. They are small enough to carry but they come with this extremely long handle and wheels so you can put them on the ground and drag it behind you. Is this just one of those fads or is it they way of the future? They are really annoying because the roller wheel things make a lot of noise and when you have a bunch of them at the same time it is just way too much. Is it too hard to just pick the thing up and carry it, I mean most are as small as a purse. I think they look stupid, Is it just me or do other people feel this way too? I would like to hear from everyone on this subject, just leave a comment and tell me how you feel!
